A participant's entry into the Equistro® Flexadin Competition prize draw is subject to these Terms & Conditions and to the Promoter's Privacy Policy at http://www.equistro.co.uk. All participants should read these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy, which explain the terms of the Equistro® Flexadin Competition prize draw and what the Promoter may do with information provided by each participant.

1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over, excluding employees (and their families) of Vetoquinol, its associated companies, their agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 2. To enter, complete the entry form online at www.equistro.co.uk . No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per household allowed. No bulk or third party entries will be accepted. 3. All entry instructions form part of these Terms & Conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Entries can only be completed by submitting the entry form online. Illegible, incomplete, corrupt or otherwise defective entries will be invalid. 4. Failure to comply with the draw terms and conditions will automatically render your entry to this promotion invalid. 5. The Promotion starts on 1st April 2010 and ends at midnight on 1st November 2010. 6.On the 2nd November 2010, the winning entry will be drawn at random from all valid entries received. The draw will be conducted under independent supervision. The winner will receive a return flight from the UK to Vienna for 2 people, 2 nights accommodation in a centrally placed Hotel in Vienna with breakfast included for 2 people (single room with double or 2 single beds according to winners request) and an entry for 2 people to the Spanish Riding School of Vienna (type of entry will depend on the date chosen by the winner, the Spanish Riding Schools public programme and their availability) plus 100 spending money. 6a. The expiry date for taking the prize is the end of May 2011. 7. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winning entrant by email (at the address provided at the time of entry) within 28 days of the draw to notify them of their prize and to give them full details of how to redeem it. If, following such reasonable efforts by the Promoter, a winning entrant cannot be contacted or does not respond to the Promoter's notification or is not in a position to accept the prize (for whatever reason), then the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw that entrant's prize entitlement and to select an alternative winning entrant to receive that prize. The Promoter may repeat the process set out in this clause 7 as many times as is necessary until it has successfully selected and notified the requisite number of winning entrants. 8. Brief details (name and county) of prize winners can be obtained from Vetoquinol UK Ltd between 1-31 January 2011. All winning entrants may be required to participate in reasonable publicity and where required to do so the winners consent to cooperate with the Promoter without further recompense. 10. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions as necessary in case of unforeseen circumstances. 12. Notwithstanding that the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value in respect of any part of this promotion; there is no cash or other alternative prize available in respect of any prize.13.
